PTC
PTC stand for "Paid To Click". This is how it works. Advertiser go to PTC website to advertise their website. They pay a small amount of money (example, $0.05 per click) to attract people to go to their website. Then, PTC website will go and pay people(example, $0.01 per click) to click on link of advertiser's website. From there, they will earn(example, $0.04 per click). What PTC website create is a "platform" for advertiser to attract traffic to their website, and for user to go to their website.
